About the Role
We're looking for a freelance full-stack digital marketer to help us grow Recommand in Belgium and the EU.
You'll own our marketing engine end-to-end: from content and campaigns to ads, automation and basic design.
Our product: an open-source Peppol platform that helps companies automate e-invoicing and broader B2B document flows.
What You'll Do

Content marketing
- Plan and create blogs, landing pages, emails, and LinkedIn posts
- Turn technical topics (Peppol, e-invoicing, APIs) into clear, helpful content

Performance & ads
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Build and test simple funnels (ad → landing page → form/demo)

Marketing automation
- Set up email journeys and lead nurturing flows
- Build simple lead scoring and segmentation in our tools

Website & tracking
- Improve pages for conversion (forms, CTAs, structure)
- Configure and read analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Plausible, tag manager)

Design & branding
- Create basic visuals for ads, social, and presentations (Figma/Canva or similar)
- Guard a consistent visual style across channels

Collaboration
- Work closely with the founders and tech team to translate product features into clear value
- Bring your own ideas and experiments to the table
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in B2B digital marketing (SaaS is a plus)
- Hands-on with:
- Content creation (web + social)
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Email/marketing automation tools
- Comfortable with basic design work (Figma, Canva, or similar)
- Technically curious: happy to work around APIs, open-source software, and technical concepts
- Strong written Dutch and English
- Able to work independently as a freelancer (preferably based in Belgium)
